Her consistency with her workouts this past month has been AMAZING!! Despite travel 🚙 , family life 👨👩👧👦, hectic schedule 🚑 , and fur babies 🐕, she still shows up and kicks @$$!!! 💪🏽👊🏽🎉 And she uses her resources around her to get the job done (lava rocks and kiddos as weight, included)!!
She is a shoulder I can cry on 😢, she is a person I can vent to
