Small Goals are Important

Well, I am home from the hospital. It has been a rough road, but I am up to the challenge.

It’s all about the small things to look forward to. Today has three goals.

Goal #1 of waffles with yogurt, nectarines and blueberries, is now complete!

Small steps lead to big progress.

Yes, it took 30 mins to walk 0.5 mile, but I’m okay with that. My goal is to double it tomorrow (distance, I don’t care about time).

Goal #2 for today is complete!

 

Sometimes you have big aspirations that will have to wait for another day.

My goal #3 for the day was to make a dog blanket. It’s okay that I didn’t make it today. It just gives me a goal for tomorrow.
