Even Bat Girl needs to get her training in!
To be honest, I haven’t done a weight-based workout in a long time. Man, you really lose things fast if you don’t keep at it. All the more reason to get back in it!! Building up my strength, one squat at a time!
Did you know, on average, Americans gain five pounds PER MONTH between October and the end of December. I’m hoping to instead maintain the awesome progress I’ve made over the past year, and just maintain my weight and health strides during the holiday season.
I’m not going overboard. Just keeping it simple with at least five workouts per week, and eating clean at least five times per week. I still want to enjoy the holidays, so I am allowing for indulgences….just not too many 😉.
