IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
Each one of these ladies has an AMAZING story 💕. Spanning in age from late-twenties to 50+……..they never ceases to inspire me. 🌸
For three weeks these ladies have been working hard to overhaul their nutrition, and placing their health and fitness as a priority 💪🏽👊🏽🎉
🎉🎉🎉TOGETHER, they have LOST 37.3 pounds!!!🎉🎉🎉
BUT, what is more important is what they have GAINED:
💡 I have become more aware of the food choices I make and why I make them.
💡 It’s easier to make sure I eat more/enough veggies.
💡 I am more aware of the food choices that I make.
💡 I have learned so much about my attitude towards food and that I can do something to change that. It’s incredibly empowering.
💡 Eating more veggies, I had barely been eating any.
💡 I’m learning how my mood affects how I choose to eat.
💡 Drinking way more water.
💡 This is the easiest meal plan that I have tried. It is easy to eat out.
💡 This is the first time I haven’t had to count calories, points, or some other arbitrary system.
💡 I’m feeling really optimistic about weight loss. I can’t remember the last time I felt that way.
I admire them so much 🙌🏼, and love the conversations that have been happening in our private group!!!
You all amaze me ☺️!!
Inspiration can be found all around us, we just have to look 👀!
