ARE YOU NUTRIENT DEFICIENT??

We often think of nutrient deficiency as a third-world, low socioeconomic issue. Instead, we think Americans need to fix their diets (and health) by cutting out entire foods (like carbs, fats, sugar, etc..), or going to extremes and dramatically changing their entire diet (paleo, vegan, etc…).

The reality is, a complete overhaul of our eating rarely addresses what is making most people unhealthy in the first place. A recent study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition reported that it is extremely difficult to consume all the essential vitamins and minerals from the consumption of regular meals alone. When our bodies don’t have the nutrients required for daily functions, we all suffer. But as soon as we consume these nutrients, we thrive.

Bottom line: Dietary deficiencies are very common. Chances are, we all have one, no matter how good we think our diet is.

That’s why we choose to start our mornings off with 24+ vitamins and minerals.
