You Have To Want To Change

You won’t change until it hurts too much. I’m at the point right now 😒, and I’m ready to change.

To say I’ve “fallen off the wagon” would be an understatement. 😳

– I haven’t truly “exercised” in a LONG time, and haven’t been consistent in an even longer time.
– My nutrition consists of mainly bread and cheese 🥨🧀.
– I will opt to take a nap 😴 over anything else in life.

It’s true that multiple sclerosis has taken a toll on my body, but to blame it all on that is really just a LIE! I use it as an excuse all the time, when I’m realizing I’m just being lazy. In truth, I’ve found my comfort zone, and have reveling in it for a while now. 👎🏽

IT’S TIME TO CHANGE!

I don’t like how I feel about myself.
I am tired of making excuses for my being tired.
In reality, it’s because I am eating like crap and not moving my body regularly.

+ Time to be consistent
+ Time to feel healthier
+ Time to generate more energy
+ Time to commit!!

I am about to go on a 100 Day adventure. It is going to be difficult, but it’s going to build habits that I can maintain for life!

Who wants to climb the mountain of 100 workouts with me?!?
