So, forget about some number on a scale.⠀

Here’s the question I want you to ask yourself, because it’s the same one I ask myself: How do I feel today?⠀

If the answer is ‘great,’ do everything you can to stay there.⠀
⠀
But, even if it’s not ‘great,’ you still have to love yourself, just as you are today. ⠀⠀
And you have to take action toward greatness.⠀
