Behavior Goals

We are about to embark on a New Year, in which people often beginning setting goals for themselves.⠀

However, people often set goals based on outcomes, which they cannot control.⠀

Instead set goals for things you CAN control —> like your behaviors and actions.⠀

📎 Drink half your body weight in ounces of water⠀
📎 Eat 5 servings of veggies per day⠀
📎 Exercise at least 30 mins at moderate intensity each day⠀
📎 Save 10 of your income every paycheck⠀
📎 Go on a date night with your partner at least once every two weeks⠀
📎 Spend 30 mins in engaged conversation with you children each day⠀
