Through a playful and whimsical approach to life, I challenge people physically, mentally, and emotionally – Empowering them to add more YEARS to their lives and more LIFE to those years. One of the most direct ways I can do this is through Health Coaching (one-on-one, and group coaching).

As we work together, we will focus on how to add small habits into your life, in order to result in big changes overtime. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is NOT for you…However, if you are looking for long-term lifestyle changes, then you are in the right place! We are about making small, sustainable changes in your life, in order to help you live longer and enjoy life more.

Client-Centered Coaching

 

I want you to know I am here for you, and all of YOUR needs. My approach to health coaching is client-centered. This means you are in control of your decisions and changes. I am simply here to help support you in these changes, and offer guidance where needed.

– I will listen to you and ask questions to help understand your challenges better 

– We’ll work to increase your awareness of your body and the outcomes of your choices

– I will follow your lead and your agenda

– We will work together to identify your key priorities

– I believe YOU are the “expert” on your own body

– I will not judge – anything, ever!

– I will treat you like a whole person, as many things in your life can affect your nutrition and fitness

– We will incorporate my years of education and experience with your own priorities to create solutions 

– I will help simplify solutions so everything easy to understand and do

– We will shrink all your changes to a manageable size

– We will create clear, concrete follow-up plans

 

Throughout this process, I hope you will feel like someone has listened to you, understood and empathized, and prepared you to work towards a long-term solution. If you’ve ever set goals for yourself and met those goals, you know how fantastic it feels to keep promises to yourself. It makes you feel like a rockstar, and much more confident about the next challenge.

What is Included?

One-On-One and Group Coaching

 

As a client, we will work on-on-one to help you reach your goals. However, throughout this process you will also have access to my BElieve Health & Fitness Virtual Wellness Studio (via a private Facebook group), where you have access to motivational posts, educational posts, and our larger community of like-minded individuals who are bonding together in the mission of better health, nutrition, and fitness. With any package, you have access to this community for the life of the group. It includes monthly challenges, centered around health, nutrition, and fitness, for you to participate in for added accountability.

Lifestyle changes don’t happen overnight, although we can begin right away. To see real and lasting changes, we have a variety of packages, ranging from 3 months to one year. Discounts are provided when paying all at once, but payment plans are also available.
