Day 1 (5)

Breakfast was a HUGE hit with our family today. It was a busy morning as Ellie is going on your senior skip day today, and everyone was meeting out our house in the morning for them to go to Portland. We did manage to eat breakfast as a family, but ended up driving the younger kids to school today, instead of walking, so I did not get a morning walk in. This is probably one of the first times we haven’t walked to school this whole year. We really enjoy walking as a family in the mornings and being a FITspiration to our neighbors around us, and will walk rain or shine!

I wasn’t the biggest fan of the quinoa salad for lunch. It was okay, but not as delicious as some of the other meals have been. However, I LOVED dinner again. The coconut oil on the stir fried veggies is delicious, and I could eat them every day 🙂

Overall, I am feeling good. My bowel movements are a little looser (sorry for the TMI), but I am not feeling sick, and it is not impeding me. Cory continues to love the lack of bloating and gas that he used to have. He is really liking the way he feels, and tonight was the first time he really felt hungry after the meals were all done for the day (which then I realized he could have had more rice that he didn’t have at dinner, which may have fixed that).

Day 5, and still going strong!
