I had fun working out with my buddy today 🙂
We cheered each other on. He corrected me when I wasn’t doing a move right. We sweated and laughed together.

It did take some bribing with electronic time (which he usually doesn’t have during the week) to get him to agree to work out with me, but he was hooked as soon as we started.

I don’t know about you, but the start of summer can be a complete mixture of fun and aggravation around our house. We love having the kids at home all the time, but sometimes it is hard to contain their energy, and the constant battle of how much electronics time we want them to have never matches up with their desires.
With baseball season in full swing, and the kids looking for things to keep them entertained, I often will lose sight of myself, and end up eating worse foods for me (summer=ice cream, right?), working out less, and not paying enough attention to my water intake.
What if we started out the summer on a great note, and included our family in our health and fitness journey???
