Enjoying dessert 😋

I love that I can “splurge” on dessert at night, with absolutely no regrets. In fact, it is better nutrition than most balanced meals, and aids in my digestive health.

Ingredients/Directions:

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (I used vegan version)
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Almond milk, add and mix to desired consistency
  • Top with unsweetened coconut flakes
