IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
Each one of these ladies has an AMAZING story π. Spanning in age from late-twenties to 50+……..they never ceases to inspire me. πΈ
For three weeks these ladies have been working hard to overhaul their nutrition, and placing their health and fitness as a priority πͺπ½ππ½π
πππTOGETHER, they have LOST 37.3 pounds!!!πππ
BUT, what is more important is what they have GAINED:
π‘ I have become more aware of the food choices I make and why I make them.
π‘ It’s easier to make sure I eat more/enough veggies.
π‘ I am more aware of the food choices that I make.
π‘ I have learned so much about my attitude towards food and that I can do something to change that. Itβs incredibly empowering.
π‘ Eating more veggies, I had barely been eating any.
π‘ I’m learning how my mood affects how I choose to eat.
π‘ Drinking way more water.
π‘ This is the easiest meal plan that I have tried. It is easy to eat out.
π‘ This is the first time I havenβt had to count calories, points, or some other arbitrary system.
π‘ Iβm feeling really optimistic about weight loss. I canβt remember the last time I felt that way.
I admire them so much ππΌ, and love the conversations that have been happening in our private group!!!
You all amaze me βΊοΈ!!
Inspiration can be found all around us, we just have to look π!
