I absolutely REFUSE to workout if it’s not fun.
Fun is my number one requirement.
Seriously.
You know how with kids they say if they don’t like, make it fun so they’ll still do it. This is my approach to working out. I’ve spent too many years hating the idea of working out, but knowing that I need to because it’s good for me. So, I decided a while ago to add the FUN back into it.
I won’t get my @$$ out of bed to do it if I hate it.
