Day 9/80 – 💪🏽👊🏽💪🏽
With Multiple Sclerosis, some days you wake up and are ready to CRUSH it, and some days you wake up and feel like your legs are dead weight and that you can’t possibly stand up.
Today was the latter.
I did NOT want to get out of bed. My legs felt like they didn’t want to move. I was tired from exerting my brain power this weekend. I just wanted to curl up in my Jack Skeleton robe, and settle in my bed for the day.
However, an awesome video work date with an amazing friend, Kristen, got me out of bed, and I knew that even though I didn’t feel like working out today, I would felt better after I was done.
So, I laced up my shoes, and got it done anyway.
……and it felt so good!
Days like this make me feel proud of myself 💕🌸💕
It’s NOT easy for me to workout all the time. I don’t actually like to workout (believe it or not). But I know it’s good for me. I know I will be stronger (physically, health-wise, and emotionally) once I’m done. So, I do it anyway.
So can you! You just have to DECIDE.
