You all should be so jealous!!! I got to hang out with this lovely lady all today!!
Tessa and I travelled up to Portland to attend our local coaching event, where coaches from all over Oregon, who partner with Beachbody come together to learn and grow more.
💜 We celebrated a guy who had lost 170 pounds with Beachbody products.
💜 We listened to an amazing story of how one person can make all the difference in the world.
💜 We listened to Isabelle Daikeler (co-creator of Shakeology, creator of Daily Sunshine and all the Shakeology Boosts, and wife to our CEO, Carl Daikeler) with all of her passion for health and wellness in both adults and kids. She shared her passion regarding the rigorous testing that all our products go through to verify the bioavailability and cleanness of the products, and well as the health benefits of adding this much needed nutrition into our days.
💜 We listened to Danielle Natoni (former top 10 coach in all of Beachbody) talk about the important of self care, and emphasize how it is part of our job description of being a coach (or eat healthy, workout, and grow as a person)
💜 We did a kick@$$ live Insanity workout, also lead by Danielle (who is an expert instructor for Insanity, among other programs).
💜 We enjoyed great conversations about life in general on the car ride, there and back.
THIS is what this business is to me, my friends. Bonding, growing together, sharing amazing experiences together, getting motivated together, brainstorming together, and just being friends together.
