What do YOU do when you get away and have a Girls Weekend to yourself?

Here’s what my weekend looks like:

🌊 Improve my body and mental health though fitness, on the porch of the beach house (I am so lucky I can take my workouts and trainer anywhere I go). 
🌊 Read personal development books to grow and shape my mind.
🌊 Make delicious and healthy meals that leave me full of energy, instead of weighed down.
🌊 Enjoy nature with long walks on the beach (with miraculously NO WIND).
🌊 Enjoy amazing conversations with like-minded women, who challenge me to think differently, and encourage me to be my best self.
🌊 Read in my devotional book and Bible, to grow my faith stronger.
🌊 And there may or may not be some hot tub soaking that is about to begin….

So thankful for this time to relax, unwind, and enjoy life.
