IN THE SPOTLIGHT:

Each one of these ladies has an AMAZING story πŸ’•. Spanning in age from late-twenties to 50+……..they never ceases to inspire me. πŸŒΈ

For three weeks these ladies have been working hard to overhaul their nutrition, and placing their health and fitness as a priority πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸŽ‰

πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰TOGETHER, they have LOST 37.3 pounds!!!πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

BUT, what is more important is what they have GAINED:
πŸ’‘ I have become more aware of the food choices I make and why I make them.
πŸ’‘ It’s easier to make sure I eat more/enough veggies.
πŸ’‘ I am more aware of the food choices that I make.
πŸ’‘ I have learned so much about my attitude towards food and that I can do something to change that. It’s incredibly empowering.
πŸ’‘ Eating more veggies, I had barely been eating any.
πŸ’‘ I’m learning how my mood affects how I choose to eat.
πŸ’‘ Drinking way more water.
πŸ’‘ This is the easiest meal plan that I have tried. It is easy to eat out.
πŸ’‘ This is the first time I haven’t had to count calories, points, or some other arbitrary system.
πŸ’‘ I’m feeling really optimistic about weight loss. I can’t remember the last time I felt that way.

I admire them so much πŸ™ŒπŸΌ, and love the conversations that have been happening in our private group!!!
