I had the chance to workout with 20,000+ people this morning, outside on the streets of Indianapolis, and get my sweat on with some of the best super trainers around (i.e. Shaun T).
HOWEVER – I chose to sleep instead.
SELF-CARE means taking steps to make sure you are staying healthy (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).
Sometimes self-care means working out, and sometimes it means taking care of yourself in other ways.
Travel is hard on my body these days, since I developed multiple sclerosis. Although I’ve done this super workout in years past, and it is always an amazing experience. This morning, I knew all realms of my health would be better served by sleeping and resting my body to prepare for the amazing (and long) day of growing my mind at my conference.
Now, I’m ready to get started, and learn how to take my business and my life to a new level!
