13 Reasons Why………I love being an online health and fitness coach

Too often I take for granted the things I am able to do throughout the week.

WHAT WAS I ABLE TO DO THIS WEEK?
1. Listen to personal development PodCasts, which help me to be a better mom, friend, and business owner (picture below is me listening while on a walk).
2. Meet with the most supportive women ever, from around the nation (Hawaii to Pennsylvania, and many states in between), to encourage each other, and grow ourselves and our businesses
3. Eat healthy to diminish pain in my body (yay!!!)
4. Have the flexibility for me to handle being sick (didn’t have to “call in” and get “permission” to stay home.
5. Lead a book club with my awesome team (reading Year of Yes), where we are learning to open our minds to amazing possibilities.
6. Connect with an awesome lady who also has multiple sclerosis, to encourage her on her health and fitness journey.
7. Pick up my youngest from school every day!!!
8. Utilize social media to positively impact others’ lives, uplifting and encouraging women, leading positive changes in this world.
9. Transport Rhys (my 12-year-old) and his friends to Marimba rehearsal. I love to be the one who can pick up and drive the kids for the other parents!
10. After a long day of running kids around to all their activities, teaching my students, and meeting with colleagues, I still made myself a priority by getting a workout in.
11. Go to lunch with a good friend in the middle of a Thursday, and wasn’t rushed to “get back to work”.
12. Meet a friend at a café to help her study for an anatomy exam for her yoga certification exam (again, in the middle of the day)
13. Received my weekly paycheck – Y’all I get PAID for helping people reach their goals and find health and fitness again, and supporting people in a healthy, happy lifestyle!

WHY am I able to do these things? Because I work-from-home as an online health and fitness coach!

I wouldn’t trade these freedoms, experiences, and opportunities for anything!
