TYPE 1:
β οΈ (hard to pass) Constipation! Possibly from dehydration, lack of fiber, stress, or a magnesium deficiency. Some thyroid issues may also cause this.

Drink tons of water, and eat lots of veggies and fruits for fiber. Consider magnesium supplement.
TYPE 2:
β οΈ (hard to pass) Mildly constipated.
β
Drink more water, eat a salad/greens with every meal, eat health high-fat foods (like eggs, avocado, salmon).
TYPE 3:
β οΈ None really, may be a little dehydrated.
β
If you are pooping less that youβd like, consider adding a little more water and/or healthy fats.
TYPE 4:
β οΈ None!

Aim for snakes!!
TYPE 5:
β οΈ Maybe normal if pooping multiple times per day. Possible lack of fiber and good gut bacteria.

Consider more veggies and/or adding fermented foods.
TYPE 6:
β οΈ Inflammation, possibly from a leaky gut or a food intolerance. On its way to diarrhea.

Add fermented foods. Consider eliminating gluten, seeds, legumes, dairy, sugar, and/or alcohol.
TYPE 7:
β οΈ Diarrhea! Severe inflammation/infection. If happens regularly, possibly due to gut imbalance, leaky gut, IBS or Crohnβs Disease.

Drink plenty of water to replace fluids lost (and possibly an electrolyte drink). Add fermented foods. If regular occurrence, consider elimination diet (high suspects are gluten, seeds, legumes, dairy, sugar, and alcohol).
