What I thought: “🤣 Heck no! I am so far above the level of being a Beachbody Coach. I actually KNOW things about health and fitness…I have a masters degree in exercise physiology, and TEACH it, for goodness’ sake!”⠀

Yes, I was ANTI-BEACHBODY!⠀
Yes, I now do online health and fitness coaching.⠀
And yes, I utilize Beachbody tools in some of my coaching, and absolutely LOVE them!⠀

Let me set the stage….⠀

– busy mom of four⠀
– teaching at two colleges⠀
– running myself ragged⠀

I actually had experience with Shakeology, and I loved the taste and nutrition (phytonutrients, adaptogens, vitamins, superfoods, all from earth to cup) 🙋🏼♀️.⠀

But home fitness videos? No thanks 🙅🏼♀️.⠀

THEN I met the amazing Trina Gray (IDEA Fitness Leader of the Year) at a fitness conference, and was mesmerized by her explanation of 1-2 Punch Training (combo of online fitness coaching and in-person classes), working with people from all over the country, and mentoring other women to do the same. ⠀

I was HOOKED!⠀
⠀
+ the busy mom in me was wanting to gain more clients without having to conflict with family time⠀
+ the teacher in me was wanting the ability to mentor people for more than the 1-2 years they were in my classes⠀

When she (later) said it was through Beachbody, I was FLOORED? Seriously? Maybe I should give this another look…. 💭⠀

So glad I did! ⠀

+ empower women to take care of themselves, within a tight-knit and supportive community⠀
